Welcome to Flux Loop: Energy Path (hereinafter referred to as "this Game"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and us (the game developer, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of this Game's services. III. Accounts and Game Data
3.1 No Account Mode
To maximize the protection of your personal information security, this Game can be used with all functions without registering an account.
3.2 Local Data Storage
Your game progress is stored locally on your device by default. Therefore, actions such as uninstalling the game, clearing the cache, or changing devices may result in the loss of game progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses caused by such circumstances.
3.3 iCloud Backup (iOS Devices)
You may choose to use Apple's iCloud service to back up game data. This service is operated independently by Apple Inc., and its data management is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and is unrelated to us.

Virtual currency and other virtual items within the game must be obtained through official channels recognized by us. All virtual items are limited to use within this Game only. They do not possess any real-world currency attributes, cannot be exchanged for physical goods or cash, and cannot be transferred or traded outside the game in any form.

We reserve the right to adjust the types, pricing, acquisition methods, and functions of virtual items after providing reasonable notice (e.g., via an in-game or official website announcement).
V. User Conduct Rules

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this game service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-interference, and freedom from errors.
7.2 Exemption from Liability
We shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions), third-party service issues (such as network outages, device failures), or your own improper use.

We have the right to assign all or part of our rights and obligations under this Agreement to our affiliates or subsequent acquirers or successors without obtaining your further consent. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
